What data we keep

Only what you enter in the contact form yourself: your name, company, email address, phone number, the selected interest and industry, and your message.

We do not build profiles, we do not sell data and we do not target children.

Why we use them

To answer your question and follow up on your request. The legal basis is your own request and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

Who we share them with

Your request is registered in our CRM Pipedrive (Pipedrive OÜ, Estonia, servers within the EU) and stored in our own secure environment. The confirmation email is sent through our email service.

We do not pass anything else on to third parties, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep them

For as long as a conversation or customer relationship is running, and a maximum of two years afterwards. On request we delete your data sooner.

Cookies

We place necessary cookies to make the website work. Cookies for analytics and marketing are only placed with your consent; you can change that choice at the bottom of every page.

We use Leadinfo (Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam) for company recognition. Leadinfo derives from the IP address of your visit which organisation is viewing our website; no personal profiles are built. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing which companies are interested. You can object via info@umotion.ai.

Your language choice and cookie choice are stored locally in your own browser.

You can access, correct or delete your data and object to its use. Send a message to info@umotion.ai. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
