Terms of delivery

These conditions apply to deliveries by Umotion, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

These are provisional terms of delivery. Our full general terms and conditions will follow.

Place of delivery

Deliveries are made from Terschuur (the Netherlands), unless agreed otherwise in writing.

As a rule we handle transport with our own vehicles, unless agreed otherwise.

The shipment is insured up to the moment of handover to the customer. From handover onwards the risk passes to the customer.

Please check the shipment on receipt. Report visible damage or missing parts within 48 hours and any other defects within fourteen days.

Stated lead times are indicative and depend on availability at the manufacturer. We report deviations as soon as possible.

Goods delivered remain the property of Umotion B.V. until the invoice has been paid in full.

The robots carry Unitree's factory warranty. Service, parts and support run through Umotion.
