A2 & A2 Pro: autonomy on legs
The Unitree A2 series brings powerful quadruped robotics to everyday industrial operations. Developed for organisations that want to automate inspection, monitoring and data collection in locations where traditional mobile robots reach their limits.
The A2 combines dynamic locomotion with 3D perception, autonomous navigation and a modular payload platform. Stairs, slopes, gratings and changing surfaces therefore no longer define the limits of a route. Cameras, LiDAR, thermography, gas detection and other sensors can be combined directly with the mobile platform.
The A2 Pro goes further where higher demands are placed on autonomy, compute, perception and complex applications. The result is a powerful development platform for engineers who want to integrate their own algorithms, sensors and autonomous functionality.
Through the SDK and available interfaces the A2 series can become part of a larger industrial ecosystem: from autonomous inspection rounds and local artificial intelligence to integrations with dashboards, asset management and other business systems.
Ultimately the strength lies not only in where the A2 can go, but in what it can autonomously observe, collect and carry out once it is there.
